Antonio's Dine & Unwine - Farewell dinner with my colleague

4 April 2012, Wednesday - Yesterday I had a farewell dinner with my Ingram Micro Malaysia colleague, since she loves pasta so we brought her to an Italian restaurant. The ambiance of Antonio's Dine & Unwine is rather quite, a good place for catch up with friends or even a place for dating as the crowd flow is only 2-3 tables per time in the place. I personally don't really like too crowded areas as it will be hard for chatting. The food there is fine for the taste bud, I don't really comment as perfect but is nice and most importantly a reasonable price right? haha... with good food and peaceful ambiance.

An overview of the restaurant's place

Starters :

- Cream D Bosco -

Is actually mushroom soup, there is fresh mushrooms in it a variety of them such as abalone mushroom, butter mushroom etc. Its nice not too creamy if not you would not be able to try other things. :)

- Mushroom and Tomato Brushetta -
I personally like the tomato brushetta as they put in Italian herbs and olive dressing as compared to the more filling mushroom brushetta that is creamy

- Hawaiian Thin Crust Pizza -
The pineapple is not really good as it is tasteless that's a bit disappointing, however for cheesy lovers this fits u best

- Zesty Lemonade -
Before starting on the main course, the waitress gave us this lemonade shot to clean our taste buds from the previous food taste and I think to help better digestions. So that we won't get too full before taking the main course.

- Marinara Fettuccine -
I had this seafood tomato herbs pasta with broccoli, mussels, prawns and squid. Taste lovely not too filling as compared to creamy based pastas.

- Gamb Agio Olio Angel Hair -
Served with broccoli, prawns and chili, taste neutral.

- Carbonara Spaghetti -
Served with mushroom and beacon and a pinch of garlic, for those who love cheesy cream based this is tailored for you.

- Salmone Penne -
Served with smoke salmon, the cream based is made up of chess and salmon extract, tailored for salmon lovers however I think is best to share if not you will feel too full then it would not taste as good as it is suppose to be.

Sad to say, I did not have extra space in my stomach to try the desserts there. The portions served are really huge, for ladies is better to share so that you will be able to try other food options.
